Georgi Popchev has 13 years of experience in the real estate sector, covering leasing, property management, advisory, and valuation. He has served as Commercial Manager of a leading shopping center in Sofia and previously headed the Valuations Department at a major commercial bank. For six years, he worked as a Senior Consultant specializing in tenant representation and advisory at Cushman & Wakefield Bulgaria.
Georgi holds both a BA and MA in Business Administration & Strategic Management from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and is a certified real estate appraiser.
