Andrei Văcaru is CEE Head of Capital Markets within iO Partners, bringing over 18 years of experience in the Romanian real estate market across capital markets, consultancy, retail leasing, and tenant representation.
He began his journey with JLL in May 2007 as a Senior Consultant in the Retail Department before leading the Retail, and later, the Research and Consultancy divisions. In July 2023, following the transition of operations from JLL to iO Partners, Andrei was appointed Head of Capital Markets for CEE.
Since joining the Capital Markets team in 2014, he has been involved in some of the most significant transactions in the market, with closed deals exceeding € 2.3 billion.
