Tanya Kosseva-Boshova

Tanya Kosseva-Boshova has more than 20 years of management experience in the commercial real estate market in Southeast Europe.

She is Managing Partner at Park Lane Developments, a company that develops, builds, and manages premium office, retail, and logistics properties; and Managing Director at Lion’s Head, an investor in prime office and logistics assets in Central and Eastern Europe. Both companies are part of the AG Capital group and operate in Bulgaria and across Central and Eastern Europe.

Tanya has held various leadership positions at some of the largest and most successful real estate companies in the country, including Colliers International, Landmark Property Bulgaria, and European Trade Center.

Ms. Kosseva-Boshova is the founder and Chairperson of the Management Board of the Association of Commercial Building Owners in Bulgaria (ACBO), as well as a Board Member of the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum (BBLF). She is a graduate of the American University in Bulgaria and has completed real estate management programs at Harvard Business School and Saïd Business School (University of Oxford).
