Kaloyan is a real estate professional with hands-on experience in commercial and residential development. He has conducted feasibility assessments for new projects, managed cost control, and embedded ESG criteria into development projects. In recent years, he has focused on ESG advisory for real estate covering green building certifications, photovoltaic assessments, and data management.
He has Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Mittelhessen, Germany and Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Mainz, Germany.
