Dimitrios joined Colliers in 2024 as Consultant Office Services, bringing extensive experience in commercial real estate with a focus on office and industrial space agency. Throughout his career, he has represented landlords in Class A projects across key areas of Sofia, including the business districts near Paradise Mall, Tsarigradsko Shosse, and Business Park Sofia. He has also provided tenant representation for notable companies such as Sigma Software, Intellias, GTM Hub, SEGA & Creative Assembly, and Joy Optics.
Prior to transitioning into real estate, Dimitrios worked as a Sales Executive in the international wholesale of carbon steel products, managing client relationships and driving business growth in global markets.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of National and World Economics in Sofia and is fluent in both English and Greek.
